**Experienced Full Stack 988 Chat/Text Specialist – Crisis Intervention and Support**

Our team is dedicated to delivering care that changes people's lives, and we are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the growing world around us. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack 988 Chat/Text Specialist, you will be working on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team, handling incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also known as 988. You will provide brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals who are experiencing emotional distress.
