Key Responsibilities Solving complex fraud cases using state-of-the-art investigation tools and techniques Analyzing digital footprints to distinguish between legitimate transactions and fraudulent ones, utilizing your keen eye for detail and analytical skills Collaborating with an elite fraud prevention team to share knowledge, best practices, and insights, ensuring we stay ahead of emerging fraud trends Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the gaming industry, including new technologies, platforms, and player behaviors Making the gaming world safer and more enjoyable for everyone, by providing exceptional customer service and support to our players Ideal Candidate Profile To succeed in this role, you'll need a unique blend of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills. We're looking for individuals with: A detective's eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns At least 1 year of customer service experience in an interactive environment, such as gaming, tech, or finance 1+ year of technical support experience, demonstrating your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and troubleshoot issues Gaming knowledge and experience, with a deep understanding of the player's world and the gaming community (active players of games like League of Legends or VALORANT are encouraged to apply) Network troubleshooting abilities and a basic understanding of networking principles Quick learning capabilities, with the ability to adapt to new software, tools, and technologies Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, making them accessible to a wide audience English communication skills, with the ability to express yourself effectively and professionally A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage your time, and meet deadlines The power to maintain composure when facing challenges, with a positive and resilient attitude Availability to work 40 hours/week between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday, with schedule flexibility for business needs Remote Work Setup Requirements To ensure your success in this remote role, you'll need: A private, distraction-free workspace that allows you to focus and concentrate Lightning-fast internet (minimum 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload), with a reliable and stable connection Tech-savvy skills, with the ability to manage your own network and devices, troubleshoot issues, and adapt to new technologies Why Join blithequark?
