Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and passionate Flexologist Stretch Coach to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, building client relationships, and promoting our services to drive growth and retention. Key Responsibilities Deliver One-on-One Assisted Stretch Sessions: Provide personalized stretching experiences to clients, ensuring a safe and effective workout. Encourage and Motivate Clients: Foster a positive and supportive environment, motivating clients to achieve their stretching goals. Build StretchLab Membership and Retain Current Clientele: Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retain existing clients. Manage Client Care: Ensure seamless client interactions, including booking appointments, updating client notes, and maximizing session utilization. Ensure Safety and Enforce Policies: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, adhering to StretchLab policies and safety rules. Attend Staff Meetings and Educational Presentations: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, contributing to the growth and development of our team. Handle Member Concerns and Assist Sales Associates: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns and supporting sales efforts. Maintain a Strong Social Media Presence: Engage with clients and promote our services through social media channels. Clean and Maintain Equipment: Ensure all equipment is clean and available for client use, maintaining a high level of professionalism. Qualifications We're looking for a candidate with a strong passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, as well as a background in one of the following areas: Massage Therapist: Experience in manual therapy and bodywork. Personal Trainer: Certification in personal training and experience working with clients. Physical Therapist: Certification in physical therapy and experience working with clients. Pilates or Yoga Instructor: Certification in Pilates or yoga and experience teaching clients. In addition to the above qualifications, we're seeking a candidate with: Fitness Certification: A recognized certification in fitness or a related field. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect with clients and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service.
