Job Highlights Position: Flexologist - One-on-One Assisted Stretching Professional Company: Pro10 Wellness dba StretchLab Location: Remote with studio location in San Diego, CA Compensation: A competitive salary with opportunities for growth and development Start Date: Immediate openings available Key Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a safe and effective stretching experience. Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, helping them achieve their wellness goals. Build and retain StretchLab membership by providing exceptional client service and promoting our studio offerings. Ensure safety of clients by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies and safety rules. Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices. Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed, promoting our studio and services. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is available for client use. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Flexologist at StretchLab, you should possess a passion for fitness and wellness, with a focus on stretching, mobility, and flexibility. You should also have: A background in a related field, such as: Certified Personal Trainer/Corrective Exercise Specialist/Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified Massage Therapist Athletic Trainer Chiropractor Physical Therapist Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Biomechanics Pilates or Yoga Instructor Dance Instructor The ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients of all backgrounds. A professional work ethic, with a commitment to reliability and adherence to our attendance policies. Availability to work evenings and weekends, as well as participate in our Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online tutorials + 2 days in-person/hands-on training).
