Experienced Financial Services Operations Analyst
About The Position: A Fusion Operations Analyst can expect the support of a large company, but the flexibility and advancement opportunities of a smaller, rapidly growing firm. As a member of the Fusion Operations Team, the Operations Analyst is responsible for handling operational workflow, following through on all support service functions and providing outstanding customer service for our financial professionals. The position is a multi-faceted role, which requires a strong working knowledge of investment management processes across multiple custodians, technology vendors and products. Fusion Operations Analyst can expect the support of a large company, but the flexibility and advancement opportunity of a smaller, rapidly growing firm.
Qualifications include:
• Previous investment industry experience required
• Experience with Charles Schwab Institutional or other custodian platforms is strongly preferred.
• General computer skills required.
• College degree preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite required (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Ability to quickly learn new technology systems, such as, custodian platform websites, portfolio and data aggregation software, paperless scanning technology, performance reporting and more.
• Familiarity with technology platforms such as Redtail, Salesforce, Orion Advisor Services and Morningstar Office is preferred.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Series 65 license is preferred or the ability to obtain the license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, including operating within the technology platform and speaking with advisors over the phone.
• Must be able to work as a team, but also independently to meet deadlines and provide outstanding customer support.
Compensation: This position is full-time with the expectation of a 40 hour work week. Advancement opportunities will be available. Salary is commensurate with experience. Plus bonus and benefits.
