Key Responsibilities:
Support the onboarding process for new clients and manage accounts to ensure seamless transitions
Work with clients to ensure their dashboard accurately collects all relevant personal and financial information
Consolidate accounts and maintain confidentiality to ensure the highest level of client trust
Facilitate the collection of necessary statements and documents to transfer accounts efficiently
Track the transfer process to ensure accurate and efficient cost basis transfer
Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate the transfer process and track the status of each account transfer
Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand our client base
Qualifications and Skills:
