We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Content Creator & Brand Influencer to join us full-time and become theface of Exnova in the Japanese market.This is a full-time role with a fixed salary + performance-based bonuses. You will work closely with our marketing team and act as a brand representative, creating authentic, engaging content that resonates with local audiences.Tasks:Create and publish short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) in Japanese;Represent Exnova as a brand personality in all public-facing content (you will act as a spokesperson);Localize and promote product features, campaigns, and trading tools in a way that fits Japanese culture and user behavior;Maintain a consistent posting schedule across relevant platforms;Provide insights and feedback based on content performance and engagement;Collaborate with the team to explore growth opportunities and optimize reach.Requirements:Native-level Japanese speaker;Proven experience as an influencer or content creator, with a camera-friendly personality;Comfortable being the face of a product and creating consistent on-camera content;Understanding of popular Japanese social platforms and trends (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram);Interest in finance or trading is a strong advantage;Basic video editing skills (mobile tools are welcome);Conversational English for communication with the internal team.We Offer:Full-time employment with a fixed monthly amount;Performance-based bonuses: if your content/channel generates PnL, we’ll share commission with you;Flexibility to work fully remotely;Opportunity to represent a fast-growing global fintech product;A collaborative international team and long-term growth potential.Currently, over 700 employees and service providers are stationed across its seven global offices located in the UK, Gibraltar, the UAE, the Bahamas, Australia, and the headquarters in Cyprus.
