About the Role: Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (Merrill FSA) We're seeking highly motivated and ambitious professionals to join our industry-leading wealth management team as Merrill Financial Solutions Advisors (Merrill FSA). In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to work with affluent and high net worth clients, providing personalized investment guidance and support to help them achieve their financial objectives. As a Merrill FSA, you'll be part of a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and expertise necessary to succeed as a financial advisor. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial needs and goals. Provide expert investment advice and guidance, leveraging a range of personal investing tools and resources. Identify client needs, review investment goals, and prepare tailored investment recommendations. Operate within an Elite Growth Practice (EGP), developing the relationship management skills necessary to drive success. Participate in ongoing training and professional development, refining your skills and expertise as a financial advisor. Work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Essential Qualifications: A strong passion for delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships. A proven track record of success in a related field, such as financial services or sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels. A strong work ethic and commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Ability to meet the requirements of the SAFE Act registration process, including background check and registration. Preferred Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics. Industry-recognized certifications, such as Series 7 and 66 licenses. Prior experience in wealth management or a related field. A proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
