**Experienced Field Marketing Specialist, North America – Driving Success in Consumer Goods Events and Campaigns**

Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Field Marketing Specialist, North America to join our team and drive success in consumer goods events and campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for executing field events, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing consumer goods field campaign projects. Responsibilities The Field Marketing Specialist, North America will be responsible for the following key areas: Execute Field Events (50%): Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, seminars, meetings, and trade shows in the U.S. and Canada. This includes working with stakeholders to ensure event requirements are met, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing event logistics. Collaborate with Manager and Team Members: Work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager, North America and team members to develop and execute event plans, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Manage Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to support event activities, manage invoicing, and ensure budget compliance. Oversee Consumer Goods Field Campaign Projects (50%): Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Manager, North America to develop and execute digital campaigns, manage advertising plans, and coordinate ad placements and execution. Research and Manage Advertising Plans: Research new advertising opportunities, coordinate ad placements, and execute advertising plans to achieve campaign objectives. Provide Social Media Plan Recommendations: Develop and recommend social media plans to align with overall campaign objectives and ensure successful campaign execution. Coordinate with Sales and Lead Gen Teams: Work with the sales and lead gen teams to ensure successful campaigns and events, and report on results to inform future marketing strategies. Evaluate Campaign Results: Analyze campaign results, prepare ROI reports, and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: 2-4 Years of Experience: Proven experience in corporate or field marketing events, with a strong background in marketing and event planning. Consumer Goods Industry Experience: Experience working in the consumer goods industry in North America, with a strong understanding of the industry's trends and challenges. Marketing Coordinator or Specialist Experience: Demonstrated experience as a marketing coordinator or specialist, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. Vendor Management Experience: Proven experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution, with a strong understanding of budget management and compliance. Well-Organized and Multi-Tasking Skills: Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle projects autonomously and problem-solve effectively. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to negotiate and work effectively with stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Project Management Software Tools Experience: Experience using project management software tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp. Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a second language (optional).
