Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch technical support to external content teams, ensuring they can effectively utilize the tools provided by our internal development team. Create comprehensive reference materials and training programs to onboard external teams to our toolset, enhancing their productivity and proficiency. Debug and solve issues with tools and workflows, working closely with the tool development team to resolve complex problems and improve tool functionality. Escalate intricate or persistent issues to the tool development team and collaborate on tracking these issues in JIRA, ensuring timely resolution. Act as a champion for tools and workflow improvements, gathering and relaying suggestions from external teams to the internal development team. Partner with other engineers to develop and refine tools and processes, aiming to boost efficiency and quality across the board. Lead or guide cross-disciplinary discussions to drive features from conception to completion, exemplifying reliability, accountability, and professionalism. Essential Skills and Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess: The ability to read and understand C# code, with a strong foundation in programming principles. Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile development, with experience in delivering production-level code in a professional setting. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant technical role, with a history of contributing to the development and improvement of tools and processes.
