About the Role We're seeking a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and business owners. As a Boldly employee, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely and choose the clients you support based on your preferences and values. Key Responsibilities Maintain appointment schedules and calendars, ensuring seamless coordination and time management Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings Maximize executive productivity by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating phone calls on their behalf Manage multiple email inboxes for executives, ensuring timely responses and effective communication Oversee expense management, providing accurate tracking and reporting Provide customer and supplier support, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships Perform other executive admin tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability The Ideal Candidate You're a seasoned Executive Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment. You're a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others succeed.
