About the Role We're seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to support a small group of executives and occasionally a few other leaders within Netflix USA. As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our leadership team, providing exceptional administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Studio Leadership team, including scheduling meetings and appointments with various groups across different regions and time zones, in close collaboration with other Executive Assistants within the global Netflix organization. Serve as the primary point of coordination for guests to the Washington office from other Netflix offices and teams, including setting up itineraries, arranging and coordinating logistical arrangements, meeting rooms, and possible restaurant or off-site appointments. Plan and coordinate large and smaller events in or outside the office, in collaboration with Communications and Office teams (e.g., off-sites and get-togethers, including venue planning, booking facilities and catering, and tracking budgets). Support the Office Team in various activities around the office as needed on an occasional basis. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: 4+ years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant, supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced organization (experience in an entertainment/tech setting is a plus). Experience working in a global environment, with exposure to diverse cultures and time zones. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, and internal and external partners. Discretion and ability to maintain confidential information. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish. Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides, with the ability to create clear and concise materials, such as trackers, presentations, plans, and notices. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in the entertainment or gaming industry. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
