Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of estate planning matters, including preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties, ensuring clear and timely communication and resolution of issues
Develop and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and projects
Utilize technology and software to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance client experience
Contribute to the development and implementation of internal processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with our mission and values

Essential Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in an estate planning law firm or related field
Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with estate planning software and technology
Knowledge of estate planning laws and regulations
Certification in estate planning or a related field (e.g. Certified Estate Planner, Certified Trust and Estate Planner)
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to speak multiple languages
