Your Role
• Provide expert legal counsel in:

Estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives)
• Asset protection and business formation
• Medicaid and/or special needs planning (where applicable)
• Review client information and intake data already gathered by our team.
• Conduct thorough consultations—primarily via Zoom—with seniors and their families.
• Coordinate with our in-house support staff to ensure a smooth, turnkey client experience from consultation to document execution.
What We’re Looking For
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active bar license, in good standing
• At least 3+ years of experience in estate planning or closely related practice areas
• Experience with Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning (strongly preferred or required, depending on your focus)
• Ability to independently manage clients and maintain high professional standards
• Multi-state licensure is a plus, but not required
