As an EHS Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and environmental sustainability of our employees, customers, and the surrounding community. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for EHS and are committed to making a positive impact.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as arenaflex's internal policies and procedures Conduct risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and implement controls to mitigate risks and prevent injuries and illnesses Oversee the management of contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with arenaflex's EHS standards and procedures Lead incident investigations, develop corrective actions, and drive actions to closure Collaborate with local and broader site teams, corporate EHS training team, and the data center training team to develop and deploy training programs that meet regulatory requirements and business needs Participate in EHS audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex's internal standards Support chemical and hazardous materials management, including compliance with record-keeping and reporting requirements for air, water, and waste permits Perform industrial hygiene tests and support corporate EHS initiatives to improve management systems, standards development, and technology systems Essential Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of broad-based EHS experience, with specific emphasis on construction, contractor management, and data center maintenance and operations activities Working knowledge of facilities management, engineering, construction, environmental control, physical safety (e.g., work at height, power isolation, medium voltage, confined space, PPE), fire/life safety, and industrial hygiene Excellent company, project management, data analytics, and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to persuade without authority Ability to learn and apply software solutions for data management, online file collaboration, and virtual meetings Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Ability to respond rapidly with clear and accurate input to a range of stakeholders Preferred Qualifications BA or BS in a relevant EHS discipline area Relevant technical certifications, such as CSP or CIH Ability to support after-hours emergency responseCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.As an EHS Lead, you will have access to a range of training and development opportunities, including:Comprehensive EHS training programs Leadership development opportunities Networking opportunities with other EHS professionals Access to industry conferences and seminars Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth Work Environment and Company Culture arenaflex is a dynamic and innovative company that values diversity, inclusion, and teamwork.
