These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that meet the customer's needs and exceed their expectations. **Contract Length and Rate:** This is a remote, contract-based position with no fixed term. You will be paid $35 per hour for your services. **Skills and Background:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). * The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions. * 10+ hours of availability per week. * A reliable internet connection. **Hours per Week and Location:** You will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
