Job Overview This full-time remote position is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional with no experience to develop their skills and knowledge in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving. As a Data Reporting Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our People Systems Team by providing statistical solutions, analytics, and data-driven insights to internal and external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include data reporting, analysis, and interpretation, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our industrial organization techniques and enhance our Workday tool. Key Responsibilities Intake file requests and understand specific reporting requirements, including date range, data fields, and customer end-use purpose Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies to deliver accurate reporting statistics Create custom data evaluations for use by human utility teams and unique departments Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations and ensure data integrity Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful functioning of newly completed systems or processes Ensure proper data protection and privacy guidelines are applied Resolve escalated issues through research and analysis of discrepancies Blend and automate data to support business decision-making Perform other duties as directed by your leaders at blithequark Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
