Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Resolving issues and correcting records in our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records
Dealing with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions within the company
Discovering and resolving errors from multiple reports
Reconciling eligibility among systems
Monitoring and maintaining records
Collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve data management processes
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Experience in data analysis and record studies
Healthcare industry experience
Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
1-2 years of relevant experience in data entry or a related field
