Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure you're providing the best possible advice to clients
Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
Develop and manage a team of agents to drive growth and success
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
Be at least 18 years old (this is a federal requirement)
Pass a state background check (no felonies)
Be able to develop a love of recruiting and building a team to elevate your business
Be accountable to upline while attending weekly meetings
Complete coursework within 7-10 days
Be able to work full-time and/or part-time (16-40 hours per week)
Live within the United States
Preferred Qualifications
While prior experience in the insurance industry is not required, it's a plus. We're also looking for individuals with strong leadership and decision-making skills, as well as experience in sales, marketing, and business. If you have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and are able to thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
