We are seeking a Certification Specialist to join our Support Center team in Syracuse, New York who is detail-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and thrives within a deadline driven schedule. Certification Specialists are responsible for agency reporting, processing move-ins and recertification's, sending out notices, monitoring resident accounts, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills and a positive attitude. This is a remote position based in the State of New York.
