You'll be responsible for interpreting customer inquiries, responding promptly, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage client-specific data using various resources, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. * Communicate customer complaint trends and feedback to management, providing actionable insights to improve our services. * Perform basic customer account transactions, such as updating information and resolving issues. * Maintain performance standards and confidentiality, adhering to established departmental policies and workflow priorities. * Adapt to changes while remaining productive in a fast-paced team environment, working cooperatively across all employee levels, vendors, and clients. * Follow established procedures and company policies, ensuring compliance and quality. **Additional Responsibilities** * Perform other customer service functions as needed, based on workload and call volumes. * Participate in virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives. **Requirements** * High School diploma or equivalent required; background in customer service is advantageous. * Basic proficiency in PC use and skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. * Strong verbal and written English communication abilities, with excellent problem-solving skills. * Minimum typing speed requirement: 20-25 words per minute. * Experience with using a 10key is preferred. * Competence in basic math skills. **Training and Onboarding** * Virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams, covering essential skills and knowledge. * Comprehensive onboarding program, ensuring a smooth transition into the role. **Work Schedule** * 20-40 hour work schedules available, with flexibility to work from home. * Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 9:00pm. * Saturday: 8:00am - 3:00pm. * Sunday: 11:00am - 9:00pm. **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive base wage: $14.50/hour. * Shift differential: 2nd Shift = $0.75 for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a routine and reoccurring basis. * Weekend Shift: $3.75/hour for hours worked between 3am Saturday to 11pm Sunday. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off and holidays. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** At arenaflex, we believe that diverse teams achieve better results by leveraging a broad set of ideas and perspectives.
