Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, support, or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers via email and chat. Strong typing and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously. The ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple customer inquiries and managing competing demands. Empathy and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism, remaining calm under pressure.
