About the Role We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join our Online Business team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $27-$35 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: Providing superb customer service to clients by responding to calls with an expert, insightful, and thoughtful attitude. Answering client messages with clear, concise, and step-by-step guidelines. Entering and examining data within various computer applications, including our online catalog (www.hobbylobby.com). Processing and researching orders/requests. Performing other related duties as assigned by management. Key Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great critical thinking skills, with the ability to adjust quickly to change and maintain attention to detail. The ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient grammar and writing skills. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: Experience in a customer service or retail environment. Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software or other design-related tools. Experience with data entry and analysis. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
