We're now looking for a talented professional to manage our ecommerce account with Lowes.com and drive sales growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and market analysis.

About the Role

The Ecommerce Account Manager - Lowes.com will serve as the primary corporate contact for Lowes.com, developing and executing strategies to achieve sales objectives, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen account relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, analyze market trends, and implement growth strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Sales Planning: Develop short- and long-range sales plans and objectives for the Lowes.com account, aligning with Generac's business goals and market opportunities.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with Lowes.com stakeholders, including buyers, category managers, and other key decision-makers to drive sales growth and enhance collaboration.
Product Knowledge and Training: Develop and provide product knowledge training to internal stakeholders, including sales agents and management, to ensure a deep understanding of Generac's products and solutions.
Project Management: Manage projects to improve sales opportunities, expand existing accounts, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate routine communications between Lowes.com, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and promotional activities.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.


Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Retail Account Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the retail industry, preferably in an ecommerce or omnichannel environment.
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 20% for meetings, trade shows, and other business-related activities.


Preferred Qualifications:


Lowes.com Experience: 2+ years of experience managing or working with Lowes.com, including knowledge of their ecommerce platform, buying processes, and sales strategies.
Ecommerce Expertise: Experience with ecommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online sales optimization techniques.
