Disney Programs is home to the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program, and Disney International Program. The Disney Program Experience team, also known as the magic-makers, plays a vital role in ensuring that participants have an unforgettable experience. As an intern, you will be working in the Programs Office at Apprentice Hall at Flamingo Crossings Village, which serves as a "one-stop shop" for program success.

What You Will Do
As a Program Experience Intern, you will have a high level of administrative responsibility, including computer entry, handling phone calls, and in-person communication. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Serving as a first point of contact for program participants and answering questions regarding all aspects of the program
Working with a team of associates to address participant concerns and provide support
Serving as a Program Advisor and providing guidance to participants
Assisting in planning and implementing program and learning activities
Serving as a liaison with key program partners
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Responsibilities:
Managing and responding to participant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Providing exceptional guest service and resolving conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks as needed
Program Support:
Assisting with program events, activities, and logistics
Coordinating with program staff and partners to ensure seamless program execution
Providing support to program participants and addressing their concerns
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license (operating a company vehicle is required for this role)
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable lifting 45 pounds, walking up and down multiple flights of stairs, and standing for long periods of time
Strong guest service and conflict resolution skills with the ability to problem-solve
Strong verbal and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to balance multiple projects and priorities
Experience with Disney Internships and Programs
Able to handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous operations experience with The Walt Disney Company
Proven mentor/counseling skills
Experience as a Residence Life or Resident Assistant in a collegiate environment collaborating with a diverse student population
Involvement working with a diverse student population
Proficiency with programs including DORMS, SAP, Workday, SC Logic, RapID
Bi-lingual with fluency in a second language
Previously lived in Flamingo Crossing Village while on a Disney Program
Education and Eligibility
Education:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program
OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months
OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Eligibility Requirements:
Be a current participant on a Disney College Program OR an alumnus of the Program
Be at least 18 years of age
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025
Must have reliable transportation to/from work
