Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Healthcare Data Management to join our team at arenaflex. As a Director of Healthcare Data Management, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement data management strategies that drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement data management strategies that drive business growth and improvement Work with senior management to identify and assess data adaptation opportunities, and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities Manage the operational aspects of the US Healthcare Procedure group, including contract management and analysis Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new data product/services clients, and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for data analysis and management Participate in regulatory or contractual reviews with data analysis as a SME, and contribute to RFP responses and Statements of Work (SOW) for new contracts Work in a collaborative environment to provide shared accountability for pharmaceutical associations with Buying, Public Record Management, and Specialty Pharmacy, Pharma, Payer, and Health systems Partners on data adaptation and related contractual requirements Manage channel portion business and productivity effectively, and create and maintain strong relationships with connections while communicating arenaflex needs regarding drugs, trade, specialty, program/item development, account management, and clinical services Responsible for a cross-functional influential role across arenaflex to create vision and collaborative energies, and support new business development by providing project plan and process details to create proposals for new services and/or reporting/scientific capabilities Advise on various data adaptation projects and initiatives to ensure that any data-related changes and conditions are identified, communicated, documented, and managed to ensure adherence with organizational requirements and Enterprise Data Management established guidelines Mentor, guide, and develop employees through direction, training, and performance management programs to build employee confidence, motivation, and loyalty Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. You will also need to have experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop processes that meet department and company objectives within budget and established timelines. Additionally, you will need to have experience in project management, program organization, and analysis of manufacturer programs for Specialty Pharmacy services. Preferred Qualifications While not required, preferred qualifications for this role include experience working in a remote or virtual environment, and experience with data analysis and management software and tools. You will also need to be able to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes, including both in-state and out-of-state travel. Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment, and be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
