**Experienced Director of Customer Experience – Strategic Leadership and Operational Excellence**

As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Customer Experience will play a critical role in shaping our customer service strategy, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Customer Experience to lead our customer service initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive business solutions and improve operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead a team to develop, plan, organize, measure, and coordinate objectives for the Customer Service Division, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's overall business strategy. * Coordinate, select, establish, and adhere to quality standards for customer service contracts, ensuring that we meet or exceed customer expectations. * Provide direct leadership for business solutions related to contractor relationships, ensuring that we maintain strong partnerships and deliver exceptional service. * Develop and coordinate project management activities to drive business process improvements, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. * Provide data analytics for operations and service quality, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them. * Develop project plans, metrics, and goals for the Customer Service Division, ensuring that we meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). * Lead major customer service call center initiatives, including business case development and implementation, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. * Support key systems and tools to improve productivity, ensuring that we leverage technology to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. * Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures, ensuring that we maintain a culture of compliance and ethics. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a quantitative discipline, such as business, mathematics, or statistics. * Ten (10) years of experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or a related discipline, with five (5) years in management capacity. * Excellent quantitative, analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop business solutions. * Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work on various assignments in a team environment. * Ability to build and maintain organizational relationships with various stakeholders in a diverse, large organization, utilizing strong human relations and communication skills (verbal and written). * Experience within the transportation industry is preferred, but not required. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), with experience in Access preferred. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree or equivalent work experience in a quantitative discipline. * Experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering business process improvements and increasing efficiency. * Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to develop business solutions based on data-driven insights. * Experience in leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to drive business solutions and improve operational efficiency. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that values and respects all employees. * We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Our company culture is built on a foundation of integrity, respect, and teamwork, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, including training and education programs. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and flexible hours. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
