As a Director - Clinical Research Scientist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Director - Clinical Research Scientist, you'll contribute to the success of our clinical trials by: * Collaborating with the Therapeutic Area VP of Clinical Development to design, conduct, analyze, and report clinical trials * Applying your scientific training and clinical research experience to support all aspects of drug development, from pre-clinical discovery to commercialization * Facilitating the transition of molecules from pre-clinical discovery to supporting the registration and commercialization of a product * Providing input and direction to clinical research teams with appropriate supervision * Collaborating in a cross-functional setting with other departments, such as Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and Biostatistics **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * An advanced degree in Sciences (e.g., MD or equivalent, PharmD, PhD) preferred, but not required. Advanced masters degree with experience will be considered * Clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, academia, or equivalent is preferred.
