As a key member of our Platform Services & Operations group, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software experiences, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals and drive innovation. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain critical workflow tooling, ensuring scalability and efficiency * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software experiences * Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions * Design and implement iterative dashboard layouts, gathering feedback and improving outcomes * Characterize the current state of the workflow, profiling complex systems, and identifying areas for improvement * Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, driving business growth and optimization * Work closely with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable wins **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst * Strong understanding of Analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) * Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders * Advanced Tableau developer skills * Proficiency in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Software Development Analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development * Experience in Software Development, including data pipeline construction, merging, and code transport * Product Ownership skills, with a focus on driving key outcomes and generating concrete results through analytics * Project management experience, with a track record of planning and executing efforts across multiple teams **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders * Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Proficiency in data visualization tools, including Tableau * Strong understanding of SQL and data analysis principles * Experience with software development analytics and LEAN software development methodologies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
