Job Overview As a Digital Project Specialist at GE HealthCare, you will play a crucial role in providing expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle. This will involve working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and external resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Facilitating and coordinating day-to-day activities required to ensure project completion on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the contract Writing project schedules for assigned projects, including clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities Developing and managing projects within time and financial budget Managing client expectations of products and services Ensuring customer satisfaction Communicating all requirements and commitments (both verbally and in writing) for each project with clients, GEHC staff, and management Maintaining alignment between the project team and external resources Providing leadership and direction for clients and GEHC personnel responsible for the project, primarily EHL Installers Managing revenue associated with client projects in eOM and myProjects (Salesforce) Acting as an effective team leader for all matrixed staff Creating project status reports for all assigned clients Adopting a proactive approach to identify risks to project success and creating and maintaining a project risk log; developing effective action plans for resolution as early as possible Documenting and driving project issues to successful completion Maintaining an accurate list of client projects with status Identifying, proposing, and/or participating in the development of process improvements for the Healthcare Project Management and Shared Services teams Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) for roles in the USA Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in project management, preferably in a digital or healthcare environment Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct matrixed staff Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective action plans Strong customer focus, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external resources Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct matrixed staff Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective action plans Strong customer focus, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At GE HealthCare, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
