Our team is passionate about staying ahead of the curve, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **Key Responsibilities** As a Digital Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer growth and satisfaction through post-sales activities. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing all post-sales activities for Digital Success customers, including touch points that require product knowledge, planning, project management, and rapport-building. * Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and making recommendations on how customers can use them to accelerate their business objectives. * Leveraging high-touch and one-to-many tactics with customers to drive positive outcomes and articulate value realized for their businesses. * Developing, testing, and iterating on scaled playbooks and engagement strategies. * Analyzing customer data to create and execute engagement strategies within your customer portfolio. * Proactively identifying and flagging churn risk and working with other account team members to mitigate. * Partnering with Account Executives, Customer Success Engineers, and Technical Consultants to provide effective customer engagements. * Advocating for the customer by identifying customer trends and providing internal feedback on how arenaflex can better serve our customers. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1-2 years of CSM or Customer Specialist experience in a high-growth SaaS industry (arenaflex experience a plus). * Experience and proficiency with Front-end web development libraries and frameworks like React, Node, Next.js. * A significant level of comfort interacting with a high volume of customers across various mediums (phone, email, webinars). * Strong initiative and positive attitude. * Strong communication and writing skills. * Strong collaboration mindset and capabilities. * Comfortable with asynchronous work. * Ability to navigate through ambiguity as we continue to build and refine the digital customer success segment. **Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * A competitive salary and stock options. * An inclusive Healthcare Package. * Opportunities to learn and grow, including mentorship and attendance at industry events. * Flexible Time Off, with a recommended 4-weeks per year and paid holidays. * Remote Friendly work environment, with the ability to work with teammates from different time zones across the globe. * A WFH budget to outfit your space as needed. **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
