Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Collections Live Chat Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collections department, you will play a critical role in communicating with borrowers via various digital channels, addressing delinquent accounts, and providing tailored payment solutions to bring borrower loans up to date. Your expertise in negotiation, persuasion, and customer service will be invaluable in maintaining positive relationships with our customers and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with delinquent borrowers through multiple digital communication channels, including live chat, to resolve payment issues and provide support.
Develop and implement strategies to help borrowers bring their loans to a current status, ensuring timely payments and minimizing delinquency.
Process payments for borrowers with past due accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Maintain detailed records of contacts, attempted contacts, and payments collected from customers, adhering to data integrity and compliance standards.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals, contributing to the overall performance of the collections team.


Essential Qualifications

1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections, with a strong background in sales, negotiation, and persuasion techniques.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
