About the Role As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enabling the People Systems Team and presenting statistical solutions and analytics to internal and external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing, maintaining, communicating, and reporting data to drive business strategy optimization. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to enhance the Workday tool, encompassing various areas such as HCM, compensation, payroll, recruiting, absence, and knowledge management.
