As a key member of our Accounts Payable department, you will be responsible for processing construction invoices, executing daily procedures accurately and in a timely manner, and meeting deadlines. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within the company. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in the processing of construction invoices, which includes data entry, sorting, photocopying, and filing * Execute daily procedures accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with accounting policy * Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity * Transfer information from paper to the computer * Perform other administrative tasks as required **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED * 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably with experience in invoice coding and processing * Proficient in Microsoft Excel * Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data entry software and systems * Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred **Skills and Competencies** * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
