[Remote] Senior Salesforce Admin & Revenue Analytics Lead

The Senior Salesforce Platform & Revenue Analytics Lead will manage the Salesforce ecosystem and revenue analytics strategy, combining platform architecture and advanced analytics to drive growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Own Salesforce administration, architecture, and optimization across Sales Cloud and CPQ
ā¢ Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using a systems-driven approach, including requirements analysis, architecture, documentation, testing, and release management
ā¢ Build and maintain complex automations (Flows, validation rules, approval processes) to streamline operations and reduce manual work
ā¢ Deliver Salesforce solutions quickly with a high degree of accuracy and minimal rework
ā¢ Proactively lead root cause analysis of system issues by thoroughly diagnosing underlying drivers, assessing upstream and downstream impacts, clearly communicating findings, and executing well-defined, scalable solutions
ā¢ Support and administer related revenue tools including Clay, SaaSGrid, Conga, Certinia PSA, Commerce Cloud, and Pardot
ā¢ Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance sales, analytics, automation, and revenue operations effectiveness
ā¢ Design and maintain scalable data models across Salesforce and integrated systems
ā¢ Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across revenue systems
ā¢ Define and own core SaaS business metrics and KPIs
ā¢ Build executive and operational dashboards; perform pipeline, funnel, cohort, conversion, velocity, and forecasting analysis
ā¢ Surface actionable insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership through data analysis and scenario modeling
Skills
ā¢ 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a B2B SaaS environment (7+ preferred)
ā¢ Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II (Advanced Administrator)
ā¢ Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator
ā¢ Demonstrated experience modeling Salesforce and external system data to deliver executive-level dashboards and actionable insights
ā¢ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Proficiency with analytics tools such as CRM Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
ā¢ Experience with Revenue Cloud and complex CPQ implementations
ā¢ Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data pipelines
ā¢ Experience with Agentforce and related Salesforce tools (e.g., Sales Planning, Data Cloud, Sales Programs, Spiff, Maps)
