**Job Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist on our Remote Walgreens Analytics Team, you'll be responsible for:
* Applying statistical evaluation tools and strategies to provide insights and actionable recommendations for the organization
* Using statistical modeling to make predictions about future outcomes in multiple scenarios to enhance products and processes
* Presenting findings to an internal audience, including business stakeholders and team members
* Assisting in executing statistical and mathematical analyses to support business decision-making across multiple business areas
* Developing and validating hypotheses using advanced mathematical, statistical, clinical, and/or computational techniques, including probability models, machine learning, data mining, sample recognition, data visualization, predictive analytics, data warehousing, artificial intelligence, and/or other complex methods
* Documenting assigned tasks, including business objectives, data collection and processing, primary methods, final algorithm, unique set of results, and analytical metrics
* Assisting with developing materials to present assignment findings
* Escalating issues and roadblocks as they occur
* Interacting with team members and external partners to provide semi-regular data related to assigned tasks
* Preparing and presenting interpretation of findings to internal clients
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* Knowledge of analytics, statistical, or mathematical concepts and techniques
* Knowledge of evaluation and data interpretation
* Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within the country and internationally)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field
* Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools and techniques
* Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
* Strong communication and presentation skills
