What We Offer As a Remote Contact Center Representative at Inizio Engage, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: * A competitive hourly rate of $17 * Excellent benefits, including accrued time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability, and life insurance * A generous performance-driven incentive compensation package * A competitive environment with company-wide recognition, contests, and coveted awards * Exceptional company culture, recognized as a Top Workplace USA 2021 and awarded a "Great Place to Work" award in 2022 and 2023 * Fortune Best Workplaces in Biopharma 2022 Key Responsibilities As a Remote Contact Center Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Maintaining excellent quality standards for all client programs, adhering to program scripts and guidelines * Accurately collecting information required by individual programs and correctly capturing in specific program databases * Exhibiting effective communication and tele-management skills * Converse with callers in an empathetic manner and facilitate the callers in their ability to understand medical terminology, as needed * Possessing effective organizational skills, including working with multiple projects simultaneously * Adhering to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures * Displaying flexibility within the department to maximize utilization, including performing administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed * Safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent work-related experience * Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills * Ability to complete basic computer troubleshooting * Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse * Pleasant telephone manner * Agents are expected to consistently maintain the ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption and actively participate * Must have a designated separate home office space that is quiet and away from distractions Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role * Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare industry * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Inizio Engage, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
