You'll be responsible for accurately entering data into multiple eligibility and tracking systems, following extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the success of our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Use designated work instructions and other instructions to execute critical and routine tasks * Retrieve documents and data from authorized databases to perform routine tasks, including data entry, validation, corrections, and updates * Accurately enter all appropriate information in multiple eligibility and tracking systems * Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to make timely and accurate selections in the processing of transactions * Determine if an image requires an appointment to be rescheduled * Meet individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management * Attend and successfully complete job-related and industry-specific systems and policy training as required to perform the duties of the position * Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, request clarification, and effectively raise queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions that arise from executing the task **Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED Equivalent * Experience working in a health or human services call center (not required but highly preferred) * Knowledge of the community to be served (not required but highly preferred) * Ability to follow directions * Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people; cultural sensitivity is a must * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment * Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; ability to work as a team member, as well as independently **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures quickly * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
