We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Provider Data Services team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our supplier data, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional patient care. **Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of supplier data, including segment and contractual information, for program survey arrangement and loading.
* Ensuring all supplier data is precisely recorded and updated to facilitate proper reimbursement and access (i.e., registry postings).
* Creating and maintaining guidelines for database integrity, medical activities, data set arrangement, and communication processes with other departments regarding database enhancements.
* Providing support for pattern supplier data exchanges that cannot be managed automatically through the supplier database due to system restrictions or data integrity issues.
* Performing estimated segment exchange updates in supplier framework applications to ensure settlement and Supplier catalog accuracy.
* Performing consumption emergency and answering network requests, escalating when necessary.
* Providing ongoing office support in analysis and investigation critical for resolving concerns/issues raised by suppliers and other internal/external clients.
* Conducting reviews of supplier data and raising issues for resolution as necessary.
* Automating and physically loading, maintaining, and resolving all new and modified participating supplier data exchanges (simple to complex).
* May also load external contracted reimbursement into relevant systems.
* Removing data from supplier systems to meet business reporting requirements.

**Required Capabilities**

* 5+ years of experience and knowledge of Supplier Information Services frameworks and end-client applications.
* 1-3 years of organization foundation.
* High-level Microsoft Excel skills, including knowledge of equations and VLOOKUPs.
* 1+ years of QNXT experience.

**Preferred Capabilities**

* SQL and QuickBase experience.
* Strong relational skills.

**Education**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
