**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist on our Operations team, you'll be responsible for:
* Entering client details such as name, date of birth, social security number, and address into our internal systems with precision and accuracy.
* Following documented procedures to compare and verify form data against system records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
* Applying problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies efficiently, minimizing errors and maximizing productivity.
* Maintaining a processing rate of at least 4 items per hour, with flexibility to adjust for complexity and varying item types.
* Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Typing Skills**: Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
* **Data Entry**: Experience with data entry software and systems, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* **Financial Services**: Knowledge of financial services and regulations, with a strong understanding of 401K account management.
