Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images, ensuring attention to detail and efficiency. Identify document types based on provided guidelines, demonstrating ability to follow instructions and adapt to changes. Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and precision. Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, upholding the highest level of data security and integrity. Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed, fostering a spirit of teamwork and open communication. Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out, meeting productivity and performance expectations. Perform other basic office duties as assigned, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
