Key Responsibilities Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our recruitment processes Manage notices on different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches Collaborate with the team to achieve our recruitment goals and objectives Participate in multicultural teams distributed throughout the world and contribute to our global mission Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain skills and qualifications.
