Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a Call Center Representative / Bilingual (Spanish) to join our team! The role involves assisting members over the phone with financial transactions and inquiries while building customer relationships. Responsibilities As the first point of contact in our Call Center, you will assist our members over the phone with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service Skills One year experience in customer service required, preferably in a Call Center environment Must be bilingual in Spanish and have the ability to read, write, communicate, and interpret information accurately in English and Spanish High School Diploma or equivalent required Must be bondable Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available Benefits 100% employer paid premiums for medical, dental, vision, and disability for yourself and more than 70% for dependent’s premiums. 401k match dollar for dollar up to 4% – plus an additional discretionary profit share.
