As a Data Entry Specialist within our organization, you will play a critical role in managing data entry operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our quality management processes. This is a unique chance to contribute to the development and execution of our Quality Management (QM) Work Plan, analyzing data to inform recommendations that meet QM targets. Key Responsibilities Manage data entry operations efficiently in a work-from-home setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during assigned shifts. Participate in the development and ongoing execution of QM Work Plan activities, focusing on quality improvement through data measurement and analysis. Conduct a variety of clinical and administrative audits across different lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP, to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Engage with clinical and leadership staff through post-employment surveys to review audit results, providing insights that inform corrective action plans. Develop audit tools tailored to specific populations and track the fulfillment of corrective action plans, ensuring continuous quality improvement. Perform data entry on all audit tools, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in inter-rater reliability and scoring guideline development, ensuring consistency and reliability in our quality management processes. Attend QM meetings, contributing to discussions on quality improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a field related to healthcare or social services. A minimum of two years of experience in healthcare or social services, demonstrating a strong understanding of clinical practices and quality management principles. The ability to travel to provider offices up to 80% of the time, as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel, including data analysis and reporting capabilities. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can significantly enhance your candidacy: Clinical experience as an RN or LPN, providing a deeper understanding of clinical practices and patient care. Experience in QM auditing, case management, or a related field, demonstrating your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive quality improvement.
