Key Responsibilities Manage data entry operations efficiently in a work-from-home setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during assigned shifts. Participate in the development and ongoing execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, utilizing measurement and analysis to process, evaluate, and make recommendations to meet QM targets. Conduct a variety of on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP. Engage in post-employment surveys with clinical and leadership staff to review audit results and help create remedial action plans. Develop audit tools for various populations and track the fulfillment of remedial action plans. Complete data entry on all audit tools and participate in finishing inter-rater reliability and scoring guidelines. Attend QM meetings and contribute to discussions that drive quality management excellence. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. At least one year of experience in healthcare or social wellbeing. The ability to travel to provider offices up to 80% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel. Preferred Capabilities While not mandatory, the following preferred capabilities can give you a competitive edge: RN or LPN certification. Experience in Clinical Record QM Auditing or Case Management. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
