About the Role: Digital Operations Client Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team as a Digital Operations Client Services Manager. As a critical member of our Milan-based Italian promotion deals and operations association, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, optimizing operational efficiency, and delivering top-tier sales and partner support. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a global leader in the media and entertainment industry, leveraging your expertise in media planning, campaign management, and data analysis to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead 1 Digital Operations Client Services manager in supporting assigned sales reps and related clients through all phases of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing
Deliver successful media campaigns that maximize revenue and drive client satisfaction
Assign team tasks while contributing to and supporting campaign management
Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including inventory forecasting, media plan creation, order entry, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and invoicing
Ensure the Record Administrator is fully trained on campaign execution and able to address all related queries
Act as the central point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests regarding inventory, ad products, or campaigns
Support Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking and campaign analysis
Investigate and resolve ad delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Ad Platforms support
Test potential ad tech vendor integrations and provide input on contract negotiations
Ideate, execute, review, and optimize operational processes that drive quality and efficiency
Analyze utilization and execution of digital inventory to develop strategies and initiatives that maximize revenue yield
Manage, mentor, and develop talent, including training future recruits
Create and update internal documentation to explain processes and best practices
Collaborate with regional teams and act as a local center of excellence for other offices across EMEA
Maintain a strong understanding of TWDC's ad tech stack and strategy, and stay up-to-date on industry developments


Essential Qualifications:


Graduate level or comparable experience
3+ years of overall experience in the advertising industry, either on the publisher/agency side or in ad tech
Team management experience
Expertise in defining and optimizing processes
Proficiency in planning, trafficking, and managing ad campaigns for display and video across websites, apps, social platforms, and connected TV environments
Proven ability in activating campaigns, generating accurate and relevant insights, and optimizing performance
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, the technologies that power it, and key vendors in the space
Familiarity with general data security and privacy requirements related to digital advertising
Ability to represent the company in external meetings and events
Media or entertainment brand experience is beneficial, as is knowledge of the processes and methodologies of a global corporation
Essential skills in campaign management and ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager), ad tech stack, and management of Creative Labels and Tracking to support and guide the assigned team
Knowledge of Large activation for digital campaigns and related requirements

In-depth understanding of digital media and the advertising industry, particularly video and within EMEA
IT savvy across core business applications and remote working tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Zoom)
