Key Responsibilities Administer retirement plans, including the 401(k) plan, to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations Manage digital eligibility files and discrepancies for all benefits plans Develop and implement project plans to enhance and improve benefits systems Collaborate with senior leadership, legal counsel, and third-party administrators to ensure accurate procedures and compliance Provide analytical support and recommendations to senior management to make plan design decisions Conduct on-site visits and audits to ensure service and financial goals are met Develop and deliver training to third-party administrators and internal stakeholders Review and approve third-party and supplemental plan communications Recommend upgrades to multiple benefits systems Essential Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks concurrently Project management experience, including data analysis, market research, and benefits program design Excellent listening, critical thinking, and answer-articulation skills Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to improve programs, processes, and results Knowledge of 401(k) plans or other retirement plans Strong analytical abilities, with some knowledge of statistical analysis and experience working with large data sets Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders Experience with benefits administration, including plan design, implementation, and compliance Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to benefits administration Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Walmart, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
