**Responsibilities**
As a Detail-Oriented Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
* Identifying document types based on provided guidelines, demonstrating attention to detail and a strong understanding of our systems.
* Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, upholding the trust and security of our clients' sensitive data.
* Collaborating professionally with other team members as needed, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
* Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to your work.
* Ensuring all tasks are completed each day before clocking out, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
* Performing other basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
**Compensation & Schedule**
* Pay Rate: $12 per hour, competitive and reflective of your skills and experience.
* Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred, offering a minimum of 20 hours per week.
* Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
