You'll serve as a central point of contact for staff both inside and outside of Appeals and Grievances, providing analytical problem-solving support and innovative solutions to business problems. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and meet deadline requirements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement changes * Provide technical support for PC and LAN systems, including Windows, the mainframe, MS Office, FACETS, PBM, and other systems * Assist with training and documentation efforts * Conduct peer reviews and document findings * Support audits and mentor new employees * Provide functional training to peers as needed * Analyze performance metrics and other forms of communication from other departments * Assist external vendors and communicate with training staff and management **Essential Qualifications and Responsibilities** * 2+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities** * Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry * Knowledge of FACETS, PBM, and other relevant systems * Experience with data validation and universe pulls * Strong understanding of Medicare and commercial compliance activities * Experience with training and documentation efforts * Ability to communicate effectively with external vendors and stakeholders **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong understanding of business practices, policies, systems, procedures, and testing tools and practices **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
