Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer accounts, making sure they are up-to-date and accurate, and take appropriate actions based on customer account status
Assist in the implementation of Cargowise, contributing to the improvement of our logistics operations and identifying areas for process enhancements
Maintain comprehensive records of customer credit applications, ensuring they are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policies
Support the team in managing import containers, ensuring their proper handling in our logistics operations, and coordinating with other departments as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience working within a logistics or similar industry, with proven experience in a data entry role. You should be proficient in using Cargowise software and have strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
